ZeroShed Pro: Refund & Return Policy
At ZeroShed, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you or your pet aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your ZeroShed Pro to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all 7 attachments included, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at shopawsuction@gmail.com.

Please include your Order Number and a brief reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the unit is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at +44 7446 896 819 or via email so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective units, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for a replacement or full refund.
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you are returning the product for reasons other than a defect (e.g., "I changed my mind"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
