ZeroShed Pro: Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ZeroShed, we are committed to getting your grooming kit to your door as quickly and safely as possible. We offer Free insured shipping on all USA orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates (USA)

We use expedited international lines to ensure your ZeroShed Pro arrives in peak condition.

  • Standard Shipping Time: 8-9 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 10-12 business days (including processing).

Please note: Occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or extreme weather, but we will notify you immediately if your shipment is affected.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier's portal (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PawSuction is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, most orders under $800 entering the USA are typically exempt from these fees.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, contact us at shopawsuction@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
