Welcome to ZeroShed Pro. This website is operated by PawSuction. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PawSuction. By visiting our site and/or purchasing the ZeroShed Pro, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

4. International Shipping and Custom Duties

As we ship to the USA from our international fulfillment centers:

  • Delivery Times: While we strive for speed, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Import Duties: The customer is considered the "Importer of Record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the US government are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall PawSuction, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the ZeroShed Pro.

  • Note: This includes any skin irritation or pet anxiety caused by improper use of the vacuum/trimmer.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the United States.
